1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Campus 2 Corporate platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is owned and operated by Campus 2 Corporate (C2C), a unit of P4 Enterprises.

2. User Responsibilities

We provide specific frameworks for Students, Partners, and Employers to ensure a professional and secure ecosystem.

Student Obligations

Students must provide accurate academic and professional details. You understand that C2C acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee job placement or training enrollment, but provides the path towards it.

Partner & Employer Roles

Partners must warrant that training programs comply with industry standards. Employers agree to treat candidates fairly and use data only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

3. Milestone-Based Payments

Campus 2 Corporate operates on a transparent, milestone-based fee structure for recruitment and premium services.

Fees are due upon achievement of predefined milestones (e.g., successful interview, offer acceptance, or training completion).

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Campus 2 Corporate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
